Rwanda Community Association Of Maine

Rwanda Community Association Of Maine is a 501(c3) organization that provides integration guidance and support to Rwandan immigrants in Maine.

   Who are Rwandans?

Rwandans are resilient, creative and hard working people who came to Maine from the central African   country of Rwanda to start a new life after decades of conflicts that led to the most horrific genocide in our modern history.

As in all African countries, Rwandans have a rich culture, which includes

    Ancient folk music and dances

A diverse taste of fine art crafts

And strong traditions

We believe that with a proper integration support system, Rwandan immigrants will strive to be a driving force in Maine's economic development and cultural diversity.
